Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actress and performer from America. She is most famous for playing Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). In 2015, she played her role as Jerrica Jem for the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. Her younger sister is of Ally. As a child, Aubrey participated in her school's Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Her speech was the valedictory for her class in Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University admitted her, but she had to agree to her admission twice before she could be accepted as a student at Nashville. Peeples played on the screen in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) and Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2005). Also, she had a regular part in Necessary Rustiness (1991). She also appeared in TV movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). In the second season of The Good Mother, she was cast as Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples discussed her bipolar disorder in an interview from 2019 for NKD Magazine. Indiewire identified Peeples in its list of most talented actors younger than 20 in September of 2014.
